Refund policy

All Mintzzz mattress toppers come with a one-year limited warranty when purchased directly from Mintzzz.com. For one year following the date of your purchase, if you experience any manufacturing defects, you will be covered under the warranty. We will provide a one-time replacement or repair of the original product in the specification purchased, including all components of the product, with no fee or deductible required. Mintzzz will cover return shipping and provide eligible returns with a return shipping label. This replacement does not come with a new warranty.

The Mintzzz limited warranty covers the original purchaser of the mattress topper for the specified term (one year) while they are located in the United States. This warranty is only valid for the period of time the product is owned by the original purchaser, who is the first purchaser of the product from Mintzzz.com.

To process a warranty request, photos and the original proof of purchase may be required to verify and assess the warranty issue.
